Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Unfortunately, all room charges are subject to three taxes (it pains us too):

Goods and Services Tax (GST) -- 5%
-
Provincial Hotel Room Tax -- 4%
-
Tourism Tax -- 2% (applies to all reservations after November 1st, 2006)

A 50% deposit (or one night, whichever is greatest) is required for all reservations. The deposit can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or money order in Canadian funds.

All cancellations are subject to a $25 (+ GST) cancellation fee. However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit, all changes or cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date.

Group reservations are limited to 4 rooms or less unless arranged by telephone

We have a two (2) night minimum stay - Any one (1) night stays that we might accept are subject to a $10 plus tax surcharge. Please call for single night booking requests

There is a minimum 3 night stay over the Christmas/New Year season

All prices are based on single or double occupancy - additional persons $15.each

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
